Product Working Process

The full automatic 200L drum filling line adopts simple and efficient operation process, which can be mastered by operators quickly, without professional technical training, effectively reducing enterprise training costs and improving production efficiency:

The operator places the drum on the filling machine stably;
Align the filling nozzle with the drum mouth accurately;
First press the "filling orientation" button, then press the "start filling" button, the filling nozzle will lower automatically and start filling;
When the filling weight reaches the preset value, the machine will stop filling automatically and the nozzle will lift out of the drum;
The operator pushes the filled drum out to complete the whole filling process.
