Intelligent Operating Workflow
Gravity Intake: Material is fed by gravity into the pressure chamber through a butterfly inlet valve.
Fluidization: When the cycle starts, the butterfly valve closes. A blower forces air into the chamber, fluidizing the product.
Pressure Filling: Air carries the product through the spout into the valve bag.
Automatic Cut-off: The electronic scale monitors the weight; at the target value, the cross pinch valve shuts.
Cycle Reset: Air pressure is relieved, the inlet valve re-opens to "recharge" from the big storage bin, and the filled bag is discharged.
