How to operate
Operation is simplified: once the empty barrel is positioned on the empty barrel conveyor line, the system halts automatically, ensuring seamless coordination.
The nozzle assembly autonomously positions the empty barrel beneath the nozzle, efficiently aligning for filling; the nozzle valve descends for perfect engagement.
Upon entry into the barrel's opening, the machine automatically tares the empty container, proceeding to ascertain specific gravity with precision at dual speed settings.
After bundling, the spray valve securely attaches to the barrel's exterior, advancing through the full barrel conveyor to align with the capping station.
Once the piping machine ceases operation, manual capping is performed, the capping unit secures the lid, and the process weights the complete package.
